Our highly sought after class! It's traditional Pilates with a contemporary twist. Ideal for everybody and every body. Level Specifics: Level one focuses on foundations and building awareness in the body. Level 1.5: introduce balance and stability as members gain stronger body awareness and understanding of the Pilates fundamentals.
