Alana first started Pilates after experiencing extreme pain and discomfort due to scoliosis. She soon discovered the importance of core strength and stability and fell in love with how amazing Pilates made her mind and body feel. After building strength and flexibility Alana decided to complete her Pilates teacher training course for both Mat and Reformer Pilates, whilst also wanting to continue her studies and specialise in ‘Scolio-Pilates’! Having a background in healthcare/ support work Alana is very passionate about helping others and achieving the best quality of life possible. Alana is enthusiastic about helping others achieve good outcomes through deep core strength and flexibility, helping them to feel pain free and amazing! Alana loves making her classes fun and achievable for all bodies, with a cheeky pulse guaranteed in every class.
