Prior to discovering Pilates Ana had dealt with acute low back and hip pain for many years. After experiencing the benefits of Pilates in her own body she became absolutely passionate about this method. She decided to complete her Teaching Certifications with Polestar Pilates and has gained a variety of experience from mentors across Spain and Australia. Ana is enthusiastic about educating clients on fitness and postural awareness whilst maintaining a fun learning environment. She believes that good alignment achieved through Pilates training creates long term health benefits, grounding the mind and strengthening the body to help them work more effectively together.
