Erin fell in love with the Pilates method after visiting a local studio where she practiced both mat and reformer Pilates. After many years practicing the method, she decided she would follow her Pilates passion and decided to complete her Pilates teacher training gaining many certificates. Erin is comprehensively trained within the Pilates method and will be furthering her love of knowledge for the Pilates method undertaking a Diploma of Pilates.
Erin enjoys moving her body in lots of different ways and when she is not in the studio practicing Pilates, she is either running, on the bike or doing yoga on the beach. Erin believes that fulfilling a healthy lifestyle you need to move your body for both your physical and mental wellbeing. She strives to make her clients feel both great physically and mentally with her classes being challenging yet rewarding.
