My aim is to give individual attention in your group class and to offer you a positive moving experience each time you attend my classes.

My commitment to you is to listen to your needs and goals and support you in achieving them.

This is paramount in my teaching.

I understand what it is like to be in pain, coming back from injury, and feeling unfit to participate in certain exercises.

I would love to help you in your Group Classes or in a Private Session to get over the hurdles of self- doubt and assist you by giving you other options until you are stronger. During my career I have gained experience in being a Clinical Massage Therapist, Diploma Qualified Pilates Instructor, Yoga & Meditation Teacher which has enabled me to create functional classes to suit your needs.

My family have recently moved to the beautiful Mary Valley in Pie Creek.

We adopted a rescue dog called Molly and she has taken over our hearts and parts of the house!!

When I am not teaching or studying more about the human body, I am learning about what to plant on the property (and how to keep it alive), watching my son play sport and catching up with my daughter who lives in Brisbane.

I love to cook and of course enjoy all the beautiful scenery, walks and beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
