I have been passionate about health and fitness for over 10 years . In 2011 I completed my Bachelor of Nutrition and have been a lover of all things health and movement ever since. I found my love for Pilates 3 years ago after I had my daughter, prior to that my training mostly evolved around high intensity and weights. The way Pilates changed my outlook of the way I moved my body was astounding. I felt stronger than ever, and I felt rejuvenated after each session (rather than worn out and tired) and I fell in love. So much so I decided to train as a teacher in mat and reformer Pilates. My style is naturally more dynamic, and I live that deep burn, and delicious stretch. I believe movement is for everyone, it should be enjoyable, not a chore and accessible to all levels. And i truly believe Pilates ticks all those boxes.
