Tahnee first came into the fitness industry as a dancer and performer and quickly fell in love with helping others live strong and healthy lives. She now has over 5 years in the industry as a Barre and Cycle instructor, Strength & Conditioning coach, Personal Trainer and Mat & Reformer Pilates. Tahnee loves living a healthy, active lifestyle and really loves the way Pilates compliments all other styles of training and helps to strengthen and support people through injury while building flexibility and awesome technique. Tahnee is obsessed with all things pulsing so don’t be surprised when she asks for all the pulses in class leaving you with an incredible full body burn!
