Hi, I’m Laura – a former professional dancer, acrobat, and stuntwoman who discovered Pilates through injury rehab. Inspired by its benefits, I became an instructor to help others on their wellness journey. With a background as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Sports Nutritionist, I bring a holistic approach to health and fitness. My classes focus on full-body strength, correct technique, and staying motivated. I can’t wait to see you in class!
