Eric
Eric is a Pilates instructor and accredited Personal Trainer (Cert IV, AusActive) with a strong
background in fitness and movement. Over the years, Eric worked in different areas of the
industry — from gym instruction and group training to management — which has given him a
solid understanding of how to support people in moving better and feeling stronger. His main
focus is on Pilates Reformer and mat work, blending precision, flow, and mindful movement
to create dynamic and empowering sessions, bringing both technical knowledge and a
personal touch to his classes, aiming to help each client connect with their own strength,
rhythm, and confidence.
