Tripti is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience,
specialising in posture correction, flexibility, and mindful movement. Her classes focus on
building deep core strength, balanced alignment, and powerful body awareness — while
helping you feel calm, confident, and safe within your body. Through breath-led, intentional
practice, Tripti guides you to move with strength, stillness, and a deeper connection to
