Pilates has been an anchor in Erin’s life ever since she was a teenager when she participated in a physio-led clinical rehabilitation program for a hip injury. She learnt early on that Pilates can be an awesome way to reconnect with movement, gain strength and improve endurance. Helping you achieve your movement goals, progress your practice and have fun along the way is what she brings to the Club Pilates team. Erin is currently studying her Diploma in Clinical Pilates, is a qualified Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor and has Pilates Prenatal and Postnatal Instruction. When she’s not instructing, you’ll find her back at further studying, in a group cardio or HIT session at the gym, hiking a mountain or drinking coffee, preferably all in one day!
