Morven is a dedicated Pilates enthusiast of many years who believes everyone can benefit from adding Pilates to their weekly routines. Morven has over 17 years of teaching Pilates and is comprehensively trained through Stott Pilates. She loves educating clients to take control of their overall fitness and well-being and teaching them ways to be stronger, fitter and pain free. Having taken so many students and long term clients through their Pilates journey, she has witnessed firsthand how Pilates can change people’s physique, strength and overall wellness. She is a Stott Pilates Fully Certified Instructor, Former Stott Pilates Instructor Trainer, Pilates Academy International Fully Certified Instructor/Instructor Trainer, Stott Pilates Pre and Post Natal Certified, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, TRX Certified Instructor Ovv Fundamentals Instructor and Buff Bones Instructor. In her spare time Morven likes to go hiking and loves travelling and exploring new places.
