Angela is a mind-body expert specialising in all forms of mindful movement including pilates, yoga, ballet barre and is a registered psychologist. For over 12 years she has motivated people with her light hearted and uplifting approach to helping clients achieve their well-being goals. Holding a BA in Psychology and Japanese, an Msc in Social Psychology and an Msc in Counselling Psychology. Angela fuses her knowledge in psychology with her training in classical and dynamic pilates, her pre/post natal qualifications and 200hr Vinyasa flow yoga training. Angela is also a qualified yoga therapist. Angela’s public appeal first grew a wellness expert in 2006 when Vogue, Australia wrote about her unique approach to fitness. Since then, her personable style and infectious appetite for mindful movement has seen her work internationally with a wide range of clients in both private and group class settings.
