Trish's passion for movement has led her to delve into the world of Pilates, Yoga, and functional fascia movement. With a focus on breath awareness, she believes in the holistic connection between mind and body. To maintain physical and mindful well-being, she emphasizes the significance of pro-active healthcare, education, and self-awareness. Trish aims to teach, encourage, and support others in a positive manner. Through Pilates, she works on symmetry, balance, and functional conditioning of the entire body with a core-centred approach. By incorporating fascia release work, she enables optimal movement during both play and work. Emphasising the importance of good breath practice, Trish aspires to achieve harmony and a calm mind - the perfect balance of body, energy, intellect, and spirit in our daily lives.
