Dayna
Meet Dayna, With 10 years of classical ballet training and 10 years of dedicated Pilates practice, she brings both precision and strength to every class she teaches. After the birth of her daughter, she felt called to turn her lifelong love of movement into a career, becoming a Pilates instructor to help others feel strong, supported and confident in their bodies.
She is passionate about alignment, building functional strength, and improving bone density for long-term health. She believes Pilates is more than just exercise - it’s a powerful tool for moving well and ageing well.
Her classes are fun, a little quirky, and always welcoming. With a friendly and kind approach, she strives to make Pilates accessible for everybody, regardless of experience or fitness level. She loves incorporating the wide variety of equipment at Club Pilates to create dynamic, supportive and empowering sessions.
