Emma brings a thoughtful fusion of movement and nutrition to every class, with a Certificate IV in Pilates and over 10 years of experience as a practicing dietitian. Since beginning her teaching journey in 2023, she’s been passionate about guiding members to feel their best—both physically and mentally—through mindful, intelligent movement. Her deep understanding of the body, paired with her calm and supportive teaching style, makes her classes both empowering and accessible. Outside the studio, Emma loves spending time outdoors—whether that’s at the beach, on a long nature walk, or enjoying good food with her family. Emma’s go-to Pilates move? Snake on the Reformer—so be ready for a challenge and a little inspiration when you're in her class!
