Intermediate Pilates Reformer Exercises
Once you’ve gotten the hang of reformer basics and are looking to take your practice to the next level, an intermediate class may be right for you. In an intermediate reformer session, the pace is slightly faster than a beginner class, and the exercises are designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and balance.
If you’re still getting comfortable on the reformer or are new to Pilates altogether, we recommend starting with a few beginner classes or private sessions before hopping into an intermediate routine.
