Club Pilates studio in Innaloo is coming soon, and with it, all of the exciting Pilates classes, experienced Pilates instructors, and full suite of equipment our members love our brand for! Like our other studios, Club Pilates Innaloo will offer Pilates classes Monday through Sunday, available to all experience levels – ranging from complete beginners to advanced Pilates classes, our studios welcome all.
Our trained instructors will guide you through the Pilates exercises, teaching you how they should feel as well as showing any movements that might not be intuitive at first. Club Pilates also offers a 30-minute free trial class for new Pilates learners, so that they may feel confident that Pilates is right for them before committing to a full course of lessons.
Pilates has been shown to strengthen the muscles around the spine, making it a great exercise routine for back pain sufferers. Pilates also enhances your mental awareness and helps focus your mind on your body’s movements. Pilates is not only a great workout but Pilates exercises also increase flexibility.
