Hi, I’m (pink) Laura!
My Pilates journey began during the Covid lockdown, when I turned to daily mat practice to support both my physical and mental wellbeing. What started as a way to stay grounded quickly became something much deeper. Pilates completely transformed my body, mind, and the way I move through life.
The moment studios reopened, I found myself on the reformer on day one, and I’ve never looked back. Having grown up as a competitive swimmer and dancer, I’ve always loved movement, but Pilates offered a level of strength, control, and connection that felt truly transformative.
I’m especially passionate about classical Pilates. There’s something so powerful about the precision and flow of the method.
My teaching style blends classical and contemporary Pilates, focusing on mindful, flowing movement that strengthens, lengthens, and energises the entire body. My goal is to help every client feel strong, balanced, and deeply connected to their movement both on and off the reformer.
