Caitlin

Caitlin is passionate about helping people move well and feel strong in their bodies. With certifications in anatomy, matwork and reformer, along with an extensive background in dance and dance teaching, she brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to every class. Her areas of interest include mobility, rehabilitation, and supporting sport and dance performance. Known for her warm, chatty and encouraging nature, she loves getting to know members, checking in throughout class, and helping each person get the most out of their time in the studio. She enjoys creating classes that feel supportive, personalised and just the right amount of challenging. Outside the studio, she loves dancing, exploring local cafés, enjoying coffee and sweet treats, and spending time with her much-loved cats. A fun fact about her is that before dance, she was also a cheerleader and a martial artist, and holds a black belt in taekwondo.
