Lucy has always been passionate about health and wellness and believes that practising Pilates regularly enhances mobility, strength, and balance. She discovered these benefits firsthand after transitioning from a career in Professional Services to teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates. She is especially drawn to Pilates for its powerful mind-body connection and the way it positively complements many aspects of daily life. She enjoys guiding clients of all levels to discover the benefits of Pilates and improve their overall well-being in a calm and supportive environment. Her classes are full-body focused, incorporating a variety of equipment and layered exercises to ensure clients are continually challenged. This approach encourages ongoing progress while keeping sessions fun and engaging.
