Karlie has been passionate about Pilates for nearly 10 years. After first discovering Pilates while recovering from a back injury, Karlie quickly fell in love with the Pilates method and how targeted movement, particularly spinal mobility, could make such a big difference. Before long, Pilates became a key part of her fitness routine, and she hasn’t looked back since! With over four years of teaching experience, Karlie is a certified Mat Instructor through Elixir School of Pilates, certified Reformer Instructor through Polestar Australia, and has completed her Full Studio Comprehensive Certification with Body Organics. Karlie loves creating a fun, welcoming space where clients can move, feel good, and experience all the benefits Pilates has to offer. Helping people improve their mobility, enhance their form and confidence is what she enjoys most! When not teaching, you’ll likely find Karlie in a Pilates class herself, strength training at the gym, planning her next holiday, or cheering on her favourite AFL team.
