Holding a Diploma in Professional Pilates through ITC and qualifications as a Personal Trainer, she believes that consistency is the secret to lasting strength. Kaz is all about helping you feel strong, seen, and supported—on and off the reformer. Her motto? Movement is medicine—use it or lose it!
