Amber discovered Pilates in 2010 while exploring different fitness styles - and it was love at first ab activation! Inspired by her instructor, she developed a deep passion for the mind-body connection that Pilates creates.
She loves helping clients understand how the core truly works, using visual imagery and fun, engaging cues to make movement feel intuitive (and sometimes even get a laugh!).
Outside the studio, Amber enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, skateboarding, hiking, and travelling - always staying active and adventurous!
