Complete and submit your Confidential Questionnaire Form to our Franchise Development Team for consideration. If you're approved, you will then schedule a call with Club Pilates’ Brand Managers to discuss best next steps and take part in a number of foundation calls to learn about Club Pilates.

Meet the Corporate Team

Following validation calls and your own due diligence, you will be invited to our Corporate office in Irvine, CA to meet the Corporate team as a final step of the approval process.
