We’ve even developed our own Pilates instructor course to ensure our trainers master the Club Pilates way!

Our instructors are also equipped to teach Pilates enthusiasts of any experience level. This means that, even if you’ve never done Pilates before, our instructors can help you learn and master the Pilates principles to get the most out of every session and class. Conversely, if you’re a seasoned Pilates practitioner, our instructors can help you improve your form, strengthen your core, and help you achieve your fitness goals.

3 - A Range of Diverse Pilates Class Types

At Club Pilates, we understand that everyone’s needs and goals are different. That’s why we offer a variety of class types to cater to different fitness levels and abilities. From beginner classes to advanced sessions, Club Pilates has something for everyone!

For an invigorating full-body workout, you can take part in our signature Club Pilates reformer classes which use the Pilates apparatus mentioned above. If your goal is to increase flexibility and mobility while toning muscles, try one of our Suspend classes featuring TRX equipment. We also offer beginner Pilates classes for a slower pace and Functional Interval Training classes with a high intensity focus on arms, legs and glutes.

Our class types are tiered into difficulty levels:

Level 1, Foundation

Ideal for beginners who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Here, we focus on form and alignment to help you master Pilates fundamentals, so you can get the most out of your workout as you advance. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is easily modified for those with physical limitations.

Level 1.5, Progression

Continue to build your practice with more complex movements and the use of equipment. Start exploring more precise and dynamic exercises. The Progression class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced, along with progressions in balance and stability challenges to give you a more demanding workout.

Level 2, Evolution

This Club Pilates class is designed for those already well-versed in Pilates and looking to take their practice up a notch. We move at a faster pace, bring coordination and strength together, and add more complex transitions. Expect to be challenged by this dynamic movement class!

Level 2.5, Mastery

Our most advanced class level challenges precision and coordination and is perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment. These advanced Pilates movements are best achieved with a deep mind-body connection created from your experience in the proceeding foundational class levels.

4 - No Screens in Our Pilates Classes!

Club Pilates believes that screens have no place in the studio. We don’t use any sort of technology (screens or otherwise) during our classes which means you can focus on your body, breathing, and movements without any distractions.

Instead of implementing a screen-led session, we rely on one-on-one training between instructors and members. This allows us to be attentive to our members’ needs and provide them with the best possible experience.

Unlike other Pilates studios that are trending to have upwards of 30 people in their sessions, all being led by a screen, we believe in providing holistic, in-studio and instructor-led classes to help our members get the most out of every session.
